Anders Gullåsen

Anders has for more than 20 years worked within the finance area and has significant experience with all types of finance transactions with debt capital as a main focus (including bond financing, restructuring and enforcement). He assists borrowers as well as banks and finance institutions. Anders also has significant experience with financial derivatives, leasing and securitisation.

Anders has formerly also been working as a lawyer in Wiersholm and as a partner in BA-HR and, based on quotes from Chambers, is renowned for his experience in complex financings, working closely with banks and investment companies, advising both borrowers and lenders. He is described as "a tough negotiator who does a good job for his clients“ and is praised for his “solution-oriented” approach.
