Andreas Brasch-Thomsen

Andreas advises Danish and international companies as well as private equity funds on all aspects of M&A processes. His work covers the structuring of transactions, the organisation and completion of due diligence processes, and the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents. He has extensive experience on both the buyer and seller side and often works closely with international advisors.

Andreas also has particular experience with W&I insurances, venture investments and shareholder relations where he advises companies and investors on risk allocation, financing and ownership structures.
