Andreas advises within commercial and company law with a particular focus on corporate reorganisations as well as national and international mergers and acquisitions (M&A) within a variety of sectors such as IT, retail, shipping, transport and logistics. He also advises on venture investments within a wide range of sectors and provides assistance relating to shareholders’ agreements, capital increases, investment agreements, warrant programs, and all other corporate matters.
