Anette i currently on leave of absence.


Anette specialises in employment law. She has experience in advising local and international companies within all aspects of employment law matters, such as transfer of undertakings and contracted labour.


Anette also specialises in petroleum law, and has experience in advising on contractual and regulatory matters to E&P companies on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. Anette has also experience in advising on transactions involving purchase of E&P and energy companies.


Anette also provides counselling to companies on regulatory matters related to the GDPR.


Anette joined the firm in 2018. She is a graduate of the Faulty of Law of the University of Bergen. Prior to joining Schjødt, Anette worked as a legal counsel at SKAGEN Funds, where she primarily worked with securities fund legislation, labour law, compliance and implementation of the GDPR.
