Our expertise extends from petroleum regulation and licencing, through operating and farm-in agreements, field development, drilling, production and offtake arrangements to tax, financing, asset and corporate sale and purchase and dispute resolution and we have been involved in many of the most prominent projects, transactions and disputes on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS).

Our expertise is not, however, limited to the NCS. Our London office gives us the platform to combine the expertise we have acquired on the NCS with the international reach of our London team, particularly in oilfield development, LNG and renewables. In recent years, we have been involved in large-scale offshore oil and gas and LNG projects in the UKCS, West Africa, the Gulf of Mexico, South America, Australia, the Far East and Asia. Likewise, our Copenhagen office extends our reach into Denmark as well.

We are now privileged to embrace the energy transition. As the world looks to move away from fossil fuels, we advise on the production, transportation and sale of all forms of clean energy and emissions reductions technologies, including hydrogen, offshore wind and carbon capture and storage (CCS).
