Henrik Tessem Kolsaker

Henrik is currently on secondment.
Henrik is part of our Energy, Shipping and Offshore Services group. His principal work areas are in petroleum law, field and license agreements, and regulatory matters. He has experience in advising Norwegian and international corporations in hydrocarbon exploration and production (E&P), regulatory framework matters, and transactions relating to the hydrocarbon, offshore, and renewable industries. Henrik also specializes in oil service, shipbuilding & marine insurance, and offshore construction. He has experience in advising and representing multinational clients in complex offshore projects, joint operations, and maritime construction co-operation. Henrik joined the firm in 2019. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen. Henrik also has an LL.M. (Master of Laws) from the Washington University in St. Louis, including a Master in Legal English from NHH (Norwegian School of Economics, Executive).
