Anders Nordli
Partner
Anders is a partner in the tax practice group. He works broadly within the tax space, including in the intersection between tax and corporate law. His expertise covers both domestic and international taxation, and all manner of advisory, transactional and dispute resolution tax assistance.
Although his field of competence is broad, Anders has had a particular focus on anything with a material corporate component (including reorganizations such as (de)mergers, incentive schemes etc.), the real estate sector (including tax planning in development projects) and energy (including oil & gas (special) tax advice). Anders also advices a number of high net worth individuals alongside their businesses, having particular experience in exit cases. Anders has been a lawyer since 2010, holding a Master of Laws from the University of Oslo.
He joined Schjødt in 2026. He has also been voted the top up & coming talent within the tax space by Kapital (previously Finansavisen) for the past 4 out of 5 years, including in 2026. Anders is ranked in Chambers Europe.
