Sebastian Aguirre

Sebastian is part of Schjødt's Dispute Resolution department. He works with litigation and other dispute resolution matters, specialising in cross-border disputes. 

Sebastian holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Bergen. He also holds an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Glasgow and an LLM in Maritime Law from the National University of Singapore. He is currently finalising his PhD in conflict of laws at the University of Cambridge. 

Prior to joining Schjødt as an associate, Sebastian worked as a jurist in the firm's Dispute Resolution department. During his studies, Sebastian also interned at other law firms in Norway, Denmark and Singapore and the United Nations.
