Kristian Gustav Andersson is highly specialised in restructuring and insolvency law and has been involved in a large number of bankruptcy proceedings and restructurings of both a national and international nature. Kristian advises on all aspects of insolvency and restructuring law and has extensive experience handling bankruptcy proceedings, liquidations, restructurings, bankruptcy-related disqualification matters, financial restructurings of distressed businesses, negotiations of composition arrangements and the safeguarding of creditor and stakeholder positions. 

He also has substantial experience advising on complex M&A transactions, including distressed M&A, carve-outs, joint ventures and restructurings involving regulated assets. He has significant experience advising clients in the oil & gas and energy sector, alongside transactions and reorganisations across a broad range of industries. He further advises on the strategic legal and commercial aspects of distressed debt, special situations and cross-border restructuring matters. 

Kristian has significant litigation experience and regularly represents and advises clients in complex and high-stakes disputes relating to insolvency, restructuring, transactions and creditor rights, including experience from international arbitration proceedings under the LCIA Rules.
