Lars Martin Sveen

Lars Martin has extensive experience with everything from small to large cap M&A transactions. He also assists clients on all matters relating to corporate and securities law, and advise on equity capital markets work, including stock exchange listings and public to private transactions. 

He works with a number of industrial clients and start-ups, in addition to assisting venture capital-, growth- and private equity funds. 

In addition, he has 3 years of in-house experience from Aker Solutions, where he was deputy head of legal for the group's largest business area.
