Tobias is part of Schjødt's Advisory department, specializing in legal issues related to the maritime sectors. He advises local and international industry and offshore companies on corporate and contract law matters across a range of cases within this field.
He also specializes in fisheries and aquaculture regulatory issues, providing support on government relations, strategic processes, and disputes, as well as contract and corporate law advisory within the sector.
Tobias began his career at Schjødt in 2023. He holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bergen, as well as a diploma from the University of Queensland, where he specialized in international maritime and shipping law. He was awarded the Schjødt scholarship for his master's thesis on EEA law. During his studies, Tobias completed several legal internships at Schjødt and other law firms.
