Dag Sigvart Kaada
Partner
Dag is vice managing partner with focus on finance and strategy. His principal areas of work are in private M&A, investments, joint ventures and commercial contracts. He frequently advises on many of the largest and most complex transactions in the Nordics, representing mainly Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, Family Offices and industrial players, including Fortune 500 companies.
Dag has been a lawyer since 1999 and joined Schjødt in 2006. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen. He is ranked as leading and recommended individual in international rankings, including Chambers and Legal 500.
Dag is based in Stavanger but shares his time between the Stavanger and Oslo offices.
