Anouchka T. H. Pache

Anouchka is a Managing Associate in our Transactions Department, specializing in private M&A, investments, shareholder structures, and corporate law. With extensive experience in providing legal counsel and project management, she advises on all aspects of corporate law, shareholder relations, and complex cross-border transactions, working closely with global and national buy-out funds as well as industrial clients. Anouchka's practice spans a wide range of industries, including software development, life sciences, and offshore and oilfield services, where she has played a key role in various high-profile transactions.

Based in Oslo, Anouchka has also spent time working from our London office and continues to support clients from London on a periodic basis. She joined the firm in 2020 after working for a global law firm. Anouchka is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo,  including an exchange at Humboldt University of Berlin and was one of the few selected participants for the international Training in German and European Law (MUST) at the Ludwig-Maximilians University of Munich.
