Anouchka T. H-T Pache

Anouchka is currently secondee at Schjødts London office. 

Anouchka is a managing associate in our transactions department. Her principal areas of work are in private M&A, investments, shareholder structures and corporate law. She frequently provides legal assistance and project management within all aspects of corporate law, shareholder relations, complex cross-border transactions with both global and national buy-out funds and industrial clients. Anouchka has assisted on various transactions, finance, project management and other advisory services within software development, the life sciences industry and offshore and oilfield services sectors.

Anouchka joined the firm in 2020 after having worked for a global law firm. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo and has been one of the selected participants for the Training in German and European Law (MUST) of the Ludwig-Maximilians University of Munich, including completed exchange studies at the Humboldt University of Berlin.
