Arvid Weimers
Partner
Arvid is a partner in Schjødt's debt finance department in Stockholm, with a particular focus on debt capital markets, including high-yield bond issuances, liability management and bond restructurings. He advises both arrangers and issuers across a broad range of Swedish and cross-border transactions, acting for Nordic arranger banks, private equity firms and other financial sponsors, industrial companies, real estate groups and financial institutions. He also has notable experience in direct lending and real estate finance.
Arvid has been a lawyer since 2016 and, prior to joining Schjødt in 2026, worked at Vinge and Roschier.
