Axel focuses on capital markets and securities law, corporate law and M&A. His work includes advising on domestic and international transactions, such as IPOs, public takeovers, rights issues and private placements, representing investment banks, private equity sponsors and listed companies. He regularly advises companies and their owners on matters relating to corporate law and compliance with capital market regulations, including disclosure obligations and insider information requirements.
Before joining Schjødt, Axel was a partner with a leading Swedish law firm. He is ranked as Rising Star Partner by IFLR, Up and Coming Partner by Chambers Global, and as Key Lawyer in the field of capital markets by Legal 500.
