Carl Theodor Gustavsson

Carl Theodor specialises in shipping and offshore transactions. He advises shipowners, private equity sponsors, investment banks and borrowers in connection with financings, S&P, and distressed situations. His experience also includes M&A transactions and strategic advisory work.

He has experience acting in lead roles on Norwegian and cross-border transactions. Carl Theodor has been a lawyer since 2020 and joined Schjødt in 2026. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo.
