Egil works with dispute resolution, has extensive litigation experience and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway in 2010.
Besides dispute resolution, he primarily works with restructuring and insolvency, contract law and generational shifts in business settlements. Egil is regularly appointed as administrator of bankruptcy estates and as reconstructor by Hordaland District Court. He has been the administrator of several major bankruptcy estates. In addition, he has extensive experience with assisting companies, banks and other creditors in major restructuring operations.
Egil is an experienced chairman of boards. He has for more than two decades been an external examiner, teaching supervisor and lecturer at the University of Bergen and other educational institutions.
