Erik Hoff Sandvaag

Erik is part of Schjødt´s Transactions department and primarily assists in transactions, restructurings and on general corporate law matters. He has experience with different M&A transactions and regularly works on M&A projects within the private equity segment. 

Erik joined the firm in 2024. Prior to joining Schjødt, he worked in the law firms CMS Kluge Advokatfirma and Advokatfirmaet Wiersholm AS, where he specialized in corporate M&A. He holds a master’s degree in law from the University og Bergen and an LL.M from King’s College London in International Financial Law.
