Gustaf Hellberg

Gustaf specialises in debt finance where he advises banks and financial institutions, direct lending funds, private equity sponsors, large corporates, arrangers, borrowers and issuers in domestic and cross-border debt transactions. His expertise includes bank financings, leveraged acquisitions, real estate finance, debt restructurings, high-yield bonds and other capital markets transactions and sustainability-linked and green finance. 

Gustaf has been a lawyer since 2022 and joined Schjødt in March 2025. Prior to joining Schjødt, he worked as an associate at the law firm Gernandt & Danielsson and has gained in-house experience through secondment at Svenska Handelsbanken. 

Gustaf is a graduate of Örebro University.
