Helena Lyssand Mjelde

Helena is currently secondee at Schjødts Stockholm office. Her availability remains the same while she´s based in Stockholm.

Helena specialises in both tax and employment law. She particularly has experience in assisting corporations in reorganisations and advising local and international companies with tax and employment law issues.

Helena joined the firm in 2022. Prior to joining Schjødt full time, she had traineeships at several law firms. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen.
