Henning Opedal

Henning works in Schjødt´s M&A department and primarily assists in transactions and with general corporate consultancy. Henning holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Bergen, where he specialized in corporate law and tax law. Henning joined the firm in 2022. Prior to joining Schjødt, he was a legal intern at Arntzen de Besche.
