Himesh Sharma

Himesh specialises in banking and finance matters in the maritime sector, acting for various stake holders ranging from owners and operators to lenders and funds. In particular Himesh has experience in different financing structures such as stand alone loan financing as well as sale and leaseback financing. Himesh’s experience includes vessel sale and purchase transactions and drafting financing and security documents. 

Prior to joining Schjodt, Himesh trained and qualified in-house at Borealis Maritime Limited, graduated from De Montfort University with a law degree and obtained an MSc from the College of Law.
