Ida Boysen

Ida Boysen is a senior associate specialising in M&A and corporate law. 

She advises Danish and international clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, divestments and investments. Ida works closely with clients across all stages of a transaction, from early structuring considerations and due diligence to negotiation and execution of transaction documentation. She has particular experience with complex deal structures, including carve-outs, reinvestments and management incentive arrangements, and is focused on delivering pragmatic and commercially sound solutions. In addition to her transactional work, Ida advises on general corporate and commercial matters, including shareholder arrangements, corporate restructurings, capital changes and governance-related issues. 

Ida qualified as a lawyer in 2023. She joined Schjødt in 2026 after eight years with DLA Piper Law Firm in Copenhagen.
