Imer Klingstedt (formerly Yasar)

Imer is currently on client secondment.

Imer advises direct lending funds, corporate borrowers, financial institutions and bond trustees in financing transactions. She particularly has experience with domestic and cross border leveraged finance transactions, real estate finance transactions and bond financings.

Imer joined the firm in 2021. Prior to joining Schjødt, she was part of DLA Piper’s tax department. During her studies she worked at the district court, a world leading satellite company and had a traineeship at another international law firm in Stockholm. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Uppsala University.

Imer speaks Turkish in addition to Swedish, Norwegian and English.
