Johanne Grindstad Vik

Johanne specialises in both real estate transactions and organisation of real estate. She particularly has experience with sales and purchase processes, due diligence processes, writing and negotiating commercial lease agreements, land registration, deallocation of land, sectioning and establishing of co-ownerships and similar real estate ownership structures.

Johanne joined the firm in 2018. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen.
