John-Harald Stillesby Levernæs

John-Harald works in Schjødt's Transaction Department, specialising in real estate. His daily responsibilities include providing contractual and regulatory advice, as well as engaging in transactional work. Furthermore, John-Harald assists in projects relating to aspects of mining law.

John-Harald joined the firm in 2024. He holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Oslo, specializing in property and company law.  Prior to joining Schjødt full-time, he was assigned the Schjødt scholarship in 2023 for his master's thesis. While writing his master's thesis on criminal liability under the Limited Liability Companies Act, John-Harald worked as a research assistant at the Department of Private Law.
