Jonas Frøyen Stensløkken

Jonas is part of Schjødt's Transactions department. His main areas of expertise are capital markets transactions, securities law and general company law. Jonas regularly assists issuers and investment banks in connection with both equity and debt issuances.

Jonas joined the firm in 2019. He holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Oslo.
