Jonas Göransson

Jonas specializes in private equity and private M&A transactions. His practice focuses on representing financial and strategic investors in complex domestic and cross-border M&A, leveraged buyouts, carve-out transactions, minority investments, joint ventures and divestitures. Jonas has experience advising clients in a wide range of industries, including technology, healthcare, payments, software, industrial, business services and consumer products. 

Before joining Schjødt, Jonas worked as a corporate attorney in the New York and London offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, with a focus on private equity and private M&A transactions. Jonas is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
