Jordan O´Brien

Associate

Jordan’s focus is on shipping and international trade disputes. He has experience working on disputes arising under charterparties, bills of lading, contracts for the sale of goods and general commercial contracts. His disputes experience includes both institutional and ad hoc arbitration and litigation in the High Court of England and Wales. 

Before joining Schjodt, Jordan trained and qualified at an international law firm in London. 

During his training, Jordan spent six months in Hong Kong and has experience in shipping and commercial disputes in the High Court of Hong Kong. Jordan also worked on the financing and refinancing of yachts, commercial vessels and private jets.
