Jørgen Vinding

Jørgen is dedicated to taking on some of the most complex and precedent-setting cases within labour and employment law in Denmark, mainly assisting clients in the public and semi-public sectors. 

Jørgen advises on all aspects of labour and employment law, and – being a highly experienced litigator – he is one of the lawyers in Denmark who has conducted the greatest number of labour and employment law cases for employers in the Supreme Court and the Labour Court. 

Jørgen is considered a leading practitioner in Denmark in the following areas: Employment issues of public authorities and privatised companies, including litigation; legal investigations and inquiries for public and private sector employers; acting as an arbitrator in disputes; and assisting foreign organisations with the labour and employment law aspects involved in setting up and doing business in Denmark.

In addition to the above, Jørgen has been a board member of the Danish Society for Labour Law since 2007.
