Kaare specialises in banking and finance, restructuring and insolvency. He has assisted a number of Norwegian and international banks and financial institutions with various forms of financing, including project financing, refinancing and acquisition financing. He assists large corporates, borrowers and issuers of bonds, notes and other instruments in complex finance transactions. Kaare advise companies experiencing financial difficulties and have advised board of directors in a number of listed companies. In addition, he also works with derivatives and structured finance. Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 and IFLR1000 have ranked Kaare as one of Norway's leading banking and finance experts.
Kaare has formerly been a partner at law firm Wiersholm for 15 years.
