Kadir Akhan

Kadir is currently on leave of absence.

Kadir specializes in private M&A transactions and general corporate and tax advisory. He particularly has experience with due diligence processes, cross-border transactions involving both corporate and tax due diligences, transactions exits, restructurings as well as experience as coordinator in international M&A projects involving multiple jurisdictions.

Kadir joined the firm in 2021. Prior to joining Schjødt full time, he worked as a M&A tax lawyer at Deloitte and PwC. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Uppsala University.
