Kaja Dale

Kaja is part of the M&A department at Schjødt. She joined the firm in 2025 after obtaining her Master of Laws degree from the University of Oslo. 

Prior to joining Schjødt full-time, Kaja gained experience through traineeships and as a project trainee at the firm. In addition, she was assigned the Schjødt scholarship for her master thesis on shareholders’ pre-emptive rights.
