Kenny Michael Andersen

Kenny is a partner in Schjødt's Transactions practice, focusing on private M&A, including private equity and strategic mergers and acquistions. He advises international and domestic private equity sponsors, corporates and founders, and has been involved in many of the largest and most complex transactions in the Scandinavian market. 

With extensive experience advising clients in both domestic and cross-border M&A, Kenny helps clients navigate transactions with clear judgment, practical solutions and a focus on achieving the client's commercial objectives. 

Before joining Schjødt, Kenny was a partner with a leading Danish law firm.
