Mads H. Fraurud
Associate
Mads is an associate in Schjødt’s Dispute Resolution department. He works with litigation and other dispute resolution matters.
Mads holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Oslo. His master’s thesis examined whether security for legal costs may be required where an EEA-based company is used to circumvent rules on liability for court costs. In connection with his thesis, he was awarded Schjødt’s master’s thesis scholarship.
Prior to joining Schjødt as an associate, Mads worked as both a trainee and a project trainee in the firm’s Dispute Resolution department. During his studies, he spent a semester abroad at the University of Bologna. He was also part of the Club Schjødt team that won the Nordic Moot Court Competition on Human Rights.
