Mariel Frank

Mariel specializes in private M&A and corporate law, advising in national and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, as well as other corporate and contractual law matters. Mariel started her career in Schjødt. She has also worked as an in-house legal counsel and Head of Legal of the tech company Boost AI AS, advising on legal, compliance and corporate matters, including gaining valuable insight in funding and M&A processes from an in-house perspective. Mariel rejoined Schjødt in 2024. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen.
