Max Buchwald Johansen

Max is a senior associate and joined the M&A Transaction department in 2024. 

Max specialises in private M&A transactions and private equity and holds valuable experience from assisting domestic and international clients. He frequently advises on cross-border transactions and has been part of multiple post-closing refinancing and restructuring processes. 

Prior to joining Schjødt, he has great experience from working in the M&A department of another law firm. Max has been a lawyer since 2022, and he is a graduate of the Faculty of Law from the University of Copenhagen.
