Morten Sandli. Photo.
Morten has extensive experience in advising industrial companies and investment funds in tax questions, transactions and restructurings. He specialises in corporate tax and company law, and his expertise and experience includes tax and corporate engineering of transaction structures and restructurings, both domestically and internationally, as well as financing structures and management incentive programs. Morten also assists with complaints and legal proceedings against the tax authorities.

Morten has been a tax lawyer since 2004 and joined Schjødt in 2014. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo. He is ranked as leading and recommended individual in international rankings.
