Niels Christian Høgh Andersen

Niels Christian specialises in Private Equity & Venture Capital, and he has also experience from Private M&A. He frequently advises on cross-border transactions, both within Private Equity & Venture Capital, where he has experience from advising both funds and founders, and also from Private M&A mandates with multiple jurisdictions involved. 

Niels Christian has been a lawyer since 2021 and joined Schjødt in 2023. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law from Aarhus University. Prior to working for Schjødt, he worked at a law firm in Copenhagen, and he has gained valuable international experience through a secondment with a London based law firm.
