Nikolaj Lassen

Nikolaj specialises in venture capital, private equity, and M&A transactions, providing strategic legal counsel to domestic and international clients, including VC/PE funds, corporate VCs, business angels, and growth companies.

With extensive experience working primarily with technology and life science companies, Nikolaj advises both investors and founders on navigating complex governance matters, designing tailored incentive schemes, providing strategic insights into cap table structuring, and successfully executing funding rounds and exits.

Additionally, Nikolaj is a guest lecturer at Copenhagen Business School, where he regularly teaches on topics related to startup law and raising capital.
