Nikolaj Lassen
Senior Associate
Nikolaj is specialised in venture capital, private equity and M&A transactions. He represents domestic and international clients such as VC/PE funds, corporate VCs, business angels and growth companies on commercial issues, shareholder relations, incentive schemes, raising capital and exits.
Nikolaj also regularly teaches as guest lecturer at Copenhagen Business School on subjects pertaining to startup law and raising capital.
