Olivia Olympia Dedopoulos

Olivia is an associate in the Transaction department and specialises in Mergers & Acquisitions. She specialises in private M&A and private equity and advises on domestic and international investments and transactions, including structuring of transactions, due diligence processes, drafting of transaction documentation and other corporate law matters. 

Prior to joining Schjødt, she worked in the M&A department at Accura law firm in Copenhagen. She holds a Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen.
