Oskar Bragée

Oskar specialises in debt finance, advising banks and financial institutions, direct lending funds, private equity sponsors, large corporates, arrangers, borrowers and issuers in a wide variety of domestic and cross-border debt finance arrangements. His experience includes bank financings, leveraged acquisitions, real estate finance, high-yield bonds and other capital markets transactions. 

Oskar joined the firm in March 2026. Prior to joining Schjødt, he worked as an associate at the law firm Snellman in Stockholm and, during his studies, worked as legal counsel at Liquid Wind. Oskar is a graduate of Lund University.
