Øyvind is an experienced lawyer specializing in IT and technology, data protection and intellectual property. He has since 2009 specialized in advising on all kinds of tech-related contacts. His assistance includes all phases of a contractual relationship, from drafting contracts, reviewing and advising on contract drafts and leading contract negotiations, to assisting in transactions and dispute resolution.


Øyvind has comprehensive knowledge of all the usual contract types within the area of technology, including procurement or sale of software and hardware, license agreements, cloud service agreements (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), distribution and cooperation agreements, development and consultancy agreements, outsourcing, use of AI, open source etc.


Øyvind's experience in advising on privacy and data protection includes managing complex GDPR compliance projects, drafting and negotiating data processing agreements, and assisting with risk assessments and contract formation for the transfer of personal data outside of the EEA.
