Rasmus Harder

Rasmus Harder specialises in dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration. He has experience with major arbitration and litigation proceedings regarding post M&A disputes, including earn-out disputes, W&I claims and claims of breach of representations and warranties, professional liability cases and other cases of commercial disputes. 

Before joining Schjødt Rasmus has been working at a niche litigation boutique and later at another law firm within dispute resolution.
