Rebekka Stavland

Rebekka specialises in insolvency law. She has experience in advising and representing local and international companies in distress situations and restructuring proceedings. She also specializes in handling in-court insolvency proceedings such as reconstructions, bankruptcies and liquidations. Rebekka also has experience working with contract law, family law and law of inheritance and succession.

Rebekka joined the firm in 2021. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen. Prior to joining Schjødt full time, she had traineeships at several corporate law firms.
