Sandra Nilsson

Sandra is specialised in employment law. She has experience in advising and representing Swedish and international companies on employment law matters, including employment aspects in M&A transactions. Her experience includes matters such as reorganizations, transfers of businesses, redundancies and employment terminations. She also represents clients in employment disputes. 

Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Sandra served as a law clerk at Attunda District Court. She has also been an associate at the law firm Linklaters. Sandra is based in Stockholm and is a native Swedish speaker and fluent in English. She holds an LL.M. from Uppsala University and is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
