Sari Garbie

Sari heads Schjødt's Swedish Asset Management & Investment Funds practice. He advises fund sponsors and management teams on fund formation, fundraising and the ongoing operation of investment funds across a range of strategies, including private equity, venture capital and real estate.

Sari has extensive experience across the full life cycle of investment funds, including co-investments, continuation fund transactions, secondaries, fund restructurings and management team investment arrangements. He also advises institutional investors in connection with their investments in funds and related structures.

Sari joined Schjødt in 2026 from Mannheimer Swartling, where he spent a decade advising fund sponsors and management teams. He holds an LL.M. from Stockholm University.
