Sunniva is an experienced banking and finance lawyer and works within a wide range of sectors such as renewable energy, shipping/offshore, corporate finance etc. She assists with legal and structural advice, negotiations and other project management on all stages of transactions and projects, including debt financing, bonds, financial and operational leasing, hedging (both ISDAs and electricity hedging/PPAs with ECA guarantees) and restructuring/enforcement.
