Sverre Gjerde Haugervåg

Sverre is part of Schjødt´s Transactions department. 

He holds a Masters of Laws from the University of Bergen. His master´s thesis concerned international tax law, focusing on the tax treatment of cross-border dividend distributions and the substance requirement applicable to foreign holding companies. During his studies, he completed multiple internships at other law firms.
